Our after sales and support service is tailor-made for you, with a care booklet offered to you referencing the exact Products that were supplied for your Project. These would include the appropriate contacts for all brands as well as any warranty’s that apply.
With that, you are guaranteed that the information provided will assist you in both enjoying and maintaining all Products, and should you encounter any issues or have any concerns you have the appropriate contacts to hand.
Indesign will assist with the replacement of any Product with a manufacturing fault during their warranty period, subject to the Suppliers’ terms and conditions.
Please note however, that Indesign cannot take responsibility for the installation of any products that were not undertaken by our in-house team, should you encounter any faults thereafter.
